Winter Skate is a cartilaginous fish (Leucoraja ocellata) that is primarily harvested for its wings, but also prepared as fillets. Skate is popular within European and Asian markets, and is gaining exposure within culinary circles in the United States.

Fresh and Frozen Product is available year-round. Fresh shipments are packed with ice in styrofoam containers. Frozen products are individually poly-wrapped (IWP) in 5, 10 kg and 10 lb boxes. Custom packs are also available.
